Patio planters!

The patio planters are doing really well! Seems like they're in a good spot for the sun, and the drip irrigation system has been working really well. From L to R, four planters of green beans, two planters of volunteer tomatoes (volunteer meaning I didn't plant them, they just sprung up from tomatoes that fell in the dirt last summer), and in the last one I have zucchini!

The green beans are doing a great job of climbing! I'm hoping to make lots of dilly beans with them.. (pickled beans with red pepper and dill. yum!)

Volunteer tomatoes! I wonder what varieties they are..

For a little bit, I thought the zucchini was a goner because its leaves kept getting munched on. But it has really taken off in the last two weeks! It'll be bigger than the container soon.
