Replanted the veggie beds for a fresh start! So far we've got: Eggplant (Japanese, Rosa Bianca, and Ichiban), Beets (Chioggia, Bull's Blood, Golden), Five Color Swiss Chard, Strawberries, Basil (Sweet and Lettuceleaf), and an assortment of lettuce! Some of the seeds havn't popped up yet, but the seelings are all doing fairly well. The eggplant got munched on a little bit, and the strawberries have been surprisingly thirsty, but I'm looking forward to them all getting big and tasty!

Basil with a volunteer plant. (As in, I didn't plant it but it just volunteered to grow anyway.) It's probably left over from last season, but I'm not sure what it is yet.. A cucumber maybe? I'm gonna let it grow and find out!
Rosa bianca eggplant! They're a really pretty purple and white color when they're ripe!
